It's quite funny but interesting - how to create folder without any name inWindows?
But yeah.... today in this tutorial, we will know how to create blank folder names in windows 8 or 7. I have used this trick on my Windows 7 and Windows 8computer and it works very fine.

After trying, when i shared this trick with my friends then firstly they didn't believe on me but after doing the same on their computers they got shocked and thanked me. I hope you will do same if you have still not tried the trick of creating folder without any name in Windows.

Create folder without any name in Windows 8 orWindows 7

Step (1): Firstly, right-click on the Windows desktop and select New ---> Folder.

Step (2): A new folder will be created on your desktop.

Step (3): If you make a right-click on the folder, select Rename and enter only spaces in the place of letters or numbers, the Windows operating system will not accept it.

Step (4): To remove he folder name and display a blank name, make a right-click on the folder and select Rename. Now press the Alt key and from the Numeric keypad (located on right side), simply press 0160.

Step (5): Now hit Enter or just click anywhere on your desktop.

You are done! A folder without any name will be created. If you want to provide this folder a smart look on your desktop, then change its icon according to your wish. For example, a screenshot is shown below:
